How much does a website cost in Darwin?
It depends on how many pages you need and whether you're selling online. A simple starter site for a sole trader is a very different job to a multi-page business site or an e-commerce store. We start with a free consultation and give you a written scope and fixed quote before any work begins, so you're deciding on real numbers rather than a vague hourly estimate.
How long does it take to build a website?
A straightforward business site usually takes 3–5 weeks from go-ahead to launch. Online stores and larger sites with lots of content typically run 6–10 weeks. The biggest variable is usually how quickly the content, photos and approvals come back from your side — we'll help with that too.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site we build is structured for search — clean code, fast loading, proper headings and meta data, and local signals for Darwin, Alice Springs and the wider NT. That gets you a solid foundation. Ranking above established competitors for competitive terms takes ongoing SEO and content work, which we can also handle as a separate service. We'll be straight with you about what's realistic.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on platforms you can manage yourself and we train you on the parts you'll actually use — changing text, swapping photos, adding a post or a product. If you'd rather not touch it, our $99/month care plan covers content changes for you.
Do you build online stores?
We do. True Blue is an official Shopify Partner, and we also build stores on other platforms depending on what suits your products. That covers the full setup — product listings, payment gateways, shipping rules, stock and the tax settings so your invoices are right.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes, completely. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the content belongs to you. If you ever decide to move to another provider, you can — we won't hold your site hostage to keep your business.
Can you fix or redesign the website I already have?
Often, yes. Sometimes a site just needs a speed clean-up, a mobile fix or a content refresh rather than a full rebuild — and we'll tell you if that's the case. Send us the address and we'll take a look before quoting anything.
